Medical Office Brokers
Medical Office Brokers, or MOB, is one of the most well-known and respected commercial real estate brokerages in the greater Phoenix area, specializing in medical units. My task here was a simple but far from easy one. Get more eyes on units. To reach this goal, I worked with GoogleAds, Google Analytics, Intuit and other CRM and SEM engines to develop a digital marketing campaign that helped MOB get eyes on properties that needed those extra eyes. My time with MOB and working directly with Aaron Kuhl, former Director Of Marketing for JW Marriott’s timeshare division provided me with insights and experience in marketing and beyond that I am deeply appreciative of.
Doctor Hummus
During my tenure with Doctor Hummus, we focused on shifting consumers from purchasing the companies products from retailers to purchasing the products directly from Doctor Hummus itself. I solely developed a website, admin and a fully functioning and operable online store where consumers can explore the brand, its products and history while also being able to order their favorite products online and pick them up in-person via their factory outlet. We also wanted to begin to focus on improving business to store relationships, where I directly met with store and regional managers and represented the brand at events hosted by these retailers, building consumer and management relationships in the process.
Simple Blossom Skincare
When I began my tenure for Simple Blossom Skincare, it was a company operating out of a room in the owners residential home. The goal throughout my tenure was for consumers to get hands on experience with a product that can only truly be valued once it’s experienced. Representing the company at events and markets throughout the valley entailed me directly engaging with potential targets and creating leads based off consumers reactions and reviews. My experience at Simple Blossom helped me understand how businesses operate at a smaller scale, along with helping me develop quality relationships with consumers.

Ford and the automotive industry as a whole are at a pivotal time with the quick emergence and adoption of Electric Vehicles at the consumer, commercial and even legislative level. Throughout this report, Six prestigious marketing students set out to conduct a full SWOT analysis on the Lightning truck as Ford’s flagship EV truck. We developed reports and measurable research to determine multiple recommendations for Ford pertaining to the Lightning moving forward.

Three talented marketers and I researched, developed and presented a campaign designed to combat the loneliness epidemic by developing communities centered around The Hoka Run Club. This club promotes healthy activities together while broadening Hoka’s reach while also resonating with runners alike.
Consumers trust in Artificial Intelligence
With the quick emergence and adoption of artificial intelligence in recent years, I was part of a team formed to discover how much the general population trusts AI’s decision making in more personal fields, such as medical diagnoses, financial advice and military operations. By utilizing SPSS, Python and Qualtrics, we were able to derive crucial data and turn them into consumer insights for businesses to refer to when leveraging AI in their operations.
